Italy Pledges Support for OSINT CoE's Continued Growth

Dr Tomislav Dokman, Director of the international Centre of Excellence for OSINT, was in Rome on 24 October 2025 for a working visit, where he met with the Director of the Italian Department of Information Security (DIS), Vittorio Rizzi.

Dr Tomislav Dokman, Director of the international Centre of Excellence for OSINT, was in Rome on 24 October 2025 for a working visit, where he met with the Director of the Italian Department of Information Security (DIS), Vittorio Rizzi.

On this occasion, Director Rizzi expressed his support for the work of the Centre and noted that its establishment was a strategically sound and timely move. He emphasised that the Centre is sure to achieve further successes in the forthcoming period, particularly in light of additional efforts by partners aimed at strengthening its operational capabilities. The importance of further promoting the role of OSINT for maintaining European security was particularly highlighted during the discussion.
