Director of the Slovenian Intelligence and Security Agency (SOVA), Joško Kadivnik, and the Director of the international Centre of Excellence for OSINT (OSINT CoE), Dr Tomislav Dokman, met in Ljubljana on 13 May and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). With this act, Slovenia formally joined the Centre of Excellence as its tenth member state. Director Kadivnik expressed his satisfaction with this development and announced Slovenia’s active participation and contribution to all future activities of the Centre, aimed at the timely detection of threats to continental security and appropriate responses to them.
