OSINT CoE and EU SatCen Hold Strategic Meeting in Madrid

Director of the OSINT Centre of Excellence, Dr Tomislav Dokman, and the Director of the Croatian Military Security and Intelligence Agency, Major General Ivan Turkalj, held a high-level meeting in Madrid with the Director of the European Union Satellite Centre (SatCen), Louis Tillier.

The meeting focused on establishing cooperation between the international OSINT Centre of Excellence and SatCen, with particular emphasis on strengthening institutional collaboration, exchange of expertise, and strategic support capabilities in the field of intelligence and security.

 

During the visit, Director Dokman received a comprehensive strategic briefing and an in-depth presentation of SatCen's advanced capabilities, operational activities, and its crucial role in supporting the European Union's security, situational awareness, and decision-making processes.

 

The meeting reaffirmed the shared commitment of both institutions to enhancing international cooperation and developing novel approaches to intelligence support in an increasingly complex global security environment.
